Posture Therapy

Restoring functionality through deep relaxation

Posture Therapy is a dynamic therapy which aims to restore functionality to the body that has been lost as a result of injury or habitual incorrect posture.

It is a gentle, non-invasive and deeply relaxing session in which your entire spine has the opportunity to calm down.

In a session, you will be guided through various movement sequences to restore noticeable misalignments and dysfunctions that are particular to your body.

Posture Therapy is not a fitness or exercise session, but is intended as a form of restoration in support of your body’s natural functioning.

Ayla Caldwell facilitates Posture Therapy classes twice a week in the Studio at the Collaborative Healing Centre on Mondays and Fridays from 8.30-9.30am.

Ayla’s approach has been informed by the Ecosgue method, but she integrates many other modalities into her sessions.

Posture Therapy is deeply satisfying and beneficial; it will leave you feeling balanced and aligned.
