NeuroKinetic Therapy

We often stop exercising because the body loses its intrinsic joy of movement as the result of previous injuries or body trauma. In response to the trauma, certain aspects of our body start compensating for the injured parts.

NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) uses kinesiology as a diagnostic tool to identify muscle imbalance and compensation patterns which restrict mobility and cause pain. Together with therapeutic massage, NKT can restore our correct movement patterns.

Contact Ayla Caldwell for bookings or enquiries.
