Join CHC collaborator Herbert Brauer for a Creative-Nature Meditation designed to invite movement and awareness.
Come to relax and move slowly, enabling your intuition to guide your choices.
The meditations take place from 4-6pm once a month on the Wednesday closest to the new moon.
You will be given the opportunity to connect with Nature consciously, as a means to receive insight and vision which in turn creates flow and balance.
No prior experience in meditation is needed.
Bring friends, yoga mat, pillow, warm blanket, journal and pen. And snacks to share.
