The Egoscue Method

Egoscue is a postural therapy that reduces chronic pain without the intervention of medication or surgery. The systematic method was founded by Pete Egoscue in 1978. A practitioner will use a series of gentle stretches to correct misalignments in the musculoskeletal system of a body.

The focus of this holistic approach is on correcting the imbalances that have led to chronic pain, including: back pain; shoulder, elbow, and wrist pain; hip pain; migraines; jaw pain and ankle pain.
